This map shows McDonald's franchises around the globe. The Iceland locations have recently been shut down due to the financial crisis, however it would seem that loosing an entire country's business will not hurt McDonald's too much...
...not with advertising like this anyways.

what do you think about McDonalds taking a sacred holiday and using it to sell fries in the middle east?
Thats crazy! Wow. I never knew they would go THAT far to make a few MORE thousand dollars. It's kinda sad.
